Please note: During the online enrollment process you will be required to submit Proof of Residency within the Sartell – St. Stephen School District boundaries, your student’s birth certificate and your student’s immunizations. Failure to submit these documents will delay the enrollment process and may result in the application being denied. **Acceptable forms for Proof of Residency are listed in the instructions of the application. **
