New Student Enrollment: Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
Thank you for your interest in enrolling with the Sartell-St. Stephen School District. We are accepting applications for: 2023-24 School year: Grades K-12 (Preschool classes are FULL for 2023-24 school year) 2024-25 School year: All grades (PreK-12) For the best enrollment experience, please use a computer or tablet. Mobile devices do not work with the enrollment portal. Before requesting an enrollment account, please confirm your residence is within our District boundaries. Addresses can be easily verified using the State of Minnesota's Pollfinder: https://pollfinder.sos.state.mn.us/. In the enrollment portal new families are asked to upload the following documents: Birth Certificate Immunization Record - requirements Proof of Residency - See acceptable documents here IEP/Special Education Records - If applicable Please note: Any documents that are missing may delay the enrollment process. You will be allowed to save your work to finish at a later time.
