New Student Enrollment: Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.

Applications are currently being accepted for the 2022-23 school year K-12 and 2023-24 Prek and K only.. Please do not attempt to submit an application for 2023-24 1^st – 12^th , those applications will open April 15^th. Please note: During the online enrollment process you will be required to submit Proof of Residency within the Sartell – St. Stephen School District boundaries, your student’s birth certificate and your student’s immunizations. Failure to submit these documents will delay the enrollment process and may result in the application being denied. Acceptable forms for Proof of Residency are listed in the instructions of the application. Please use a desktop or laptop to complete the enrollment process, the system will not work from a mobile device.
